The Upper Hand #7

Today marks the 7th day in a row of receiving emails from yours truly.

We are BACK!!!

Over the last few months I’ve used Sundays to plan out my coming week.

These emails will also force me to reflect on the previous 7 days.

Streaming wise, I’ll be live on Thursday for an MTT session and on Friday I’m going to play some cash!

The original plan was to do an MTT review once per week too, instead I’m going to turn it into a series on YouTube.

Slowly but surely I want to make more and more YouTube content.

After the success we had creating football content in 2023, I was quite confident I would be able to copy and paste and recreate it.

I got humbled hard.

We are not throwing in the towel yet and as the year goes on, my plan is to create more and more longform content.

Will we crack it?

Your guess is as good as mine but I’m going to give it 100% and that is literally the best I can do.

My major goal outside of Poker for 2024, is that when Christmas dinner rolls around next, I can contribute to the cooking.

For those that don’t know, my wife is a spectacular cook.

Therefore, I’ve got my work cut out.

Imagine if I decided take charge of cooking the roast potatoes.

The most sacred part of an Irish Christmas dinner.

Serious pressure.

It would simply be unnacceptable to fuck them up.

So we are going to start with babysteps.

I’ll cook dinner twice per week this year and slowly build my confidence .

I’ll share one of the dinners I cook each week in here and will welcome any feedback or tips you guys have also.

I wanted to keep this short and it’s somehow 350 words now.
