I am 33 years old.

This is my 33rd post.

Here are 33 random thoughts about life from me.

None are original but sometimes a reminder is nice.

1 - You should tell people you love them more.

2 - Don’t try to win arguements.

3 - Say sorry.

4 - Put your phone away at dinner.

5 - Hug the fuck out of people you love, especially the ones who get a little uncomfortable with it.

6 - Dogs are better than most humans.

7 - Cats are pretty cool too.

8 - Don’t stay in terrible relationships..

9 - Marry your best friend.

10 - Double text that person you fancy or how you going to marry them!

11 - Flirt with everyone. Men, women, older people, people your age.

12 - Compliment random people. Compliment your friends.

13 - You don’t have to do a job you hate.

14 - Do the thing that scares you.

15 - Don’t buy shit to impress people.

16 - Ask for forgivness instead of permission.

17 - Check in on your friends more than you do.

18 - Bet on yourself.

19 - Everyone fucks up.

20 - Don’t ask too many people for advice, go with your gut.

21 - Everyone is insecure about something.

22 - Don’t watch the fucking news (sorry Mum).

23 - Go to more musems.

24 - Travel as much as you can, especially before you have kids!

25 - Don’t rush into a job when you’re young - it’s a trap.

26 - If you’re lucky enough to find something you LOVE for work - don’t quit, even when it’s hard. It takes time!

27 - Don’t blame other people when you fail.

28 - If you really wanted to do something, you would - you just like the idea.

29 - Don’t take your parents for granted.

30 - Don’t take yourself too serious.

31 - Become a parent if you can - it’s the best thing I’ve done with my life.

32 - Carry your kid, hold their hand, look at them smile, tell them you love them EVERY CHANCE YOU GET!

33 - Win your flips.

I’m sitting in my hotel after busting the €1,000 Hyper.

That makes it 13 events at EPT Paris without a cash.

In fact, I’ve not even got close to a cash - I’ve barely got over starting stack in any tournament.

It’s hard to write anything positive about Paris so far, but that’s ok.

That’s the game!

I banged out this list in about 10 minutes, I’m probably forgetting plenty of the little rules I live by.

If I wrote it tomorrow, maybe it’d be different.
